Refund Policy
1. Nature of the products
Julian Bag's products are handcrafted guitar cases, made by hand in France.
Due to their handcrafted nature, each piece is unique. Slight variations in shape, color, texture, or finish may exist from one product to another and should not be considered defects, but rather an inherent characteristic of handcrafted work.
2. No automatic refund or exchange
Julian Bags does not offer automatic refunds or exchanges for purchased products.
Any request for exchange or refund is subject to a case-by-case study, in a spirit of dialogue and negotiation, without this constituting an obligation for the brand.
3. Right of withdrawal (distance selling)
In accordance with the applicable legal provisions (articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code), the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal only if the product is not personalized or made according to the customer's specifications.
⚠️ Legal exception:
Personalized products, made to measure or according to specific choices of the customer (particular dimensions, choice of materials, specific finishes, unique requests) do not benefit from the right of withdrawal and cannot give rise to either a refund or an exchange, in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
4. Conditions for accepting an application (if applicable)
When a request is accepted on an exceptional basis:
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any sign of use, alteration, or deterioration will result in the application being rejected.
Julian Bags reserves the right to offer, as appropriate:
an exchange,
an asset,
or a partial or full refund
without this constituting an acquired right for the client.
5. Defective or non-conforming products
In the event of a proven defect or obvious non-conformity of the product, the customer is invited to contact Julian Bags as soon as possible, providing supporting evidence (photos, precise description).
After analysis, an appropriate solution can be proposed in accordance with the applicable legal guarantees.
6. Acceptance of the policy
Any order placed on the Julian Bags website implies full and complete acceptance of this exchange and refund policy.
