EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

1. Nature of the products
Julian Bags offers handcrafted guitar cases , made by hand in France .
Due to their handcrafted nature, each piece is unique . Slight variations in shape, color, texture, or finish may exist from one product to another and should not be considered defects , but rather an inherent characteristic of handcrafted work.2. No automatic refund or exchange
Julian Bags does not offer automatic refunds or exchanges for purchased products.
Any request for exchange or refund is subject to a case-by-case study , in a spirit of dialogue and negotiation , without this constituting an obligation for the brand.
3. Right of withdrawal (distance selling)
In accordance with the applicable legal provisions (articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code), the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal only if the product is not personalized or made according to the customer's specifications .
⚠️ Legal exception :
Personalized products, made to measure or according to specific choices of the customer (particular dimensions, choice of materials, specific finishes, unique requests) do not benefit from the right of withdrawal and cannot give rise to either a refund or an exchange , in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.4. When a request is accepted on an exceptional basis:
The product must be returned in its original condition , unused and undamaged.
Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer , unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any sign of use, alteration, or deterioration will result in the application being rejected.
Julian Bags reserves the right to offer, as appropriate:
an exchange,
an asset,
or a partial or full refund
without this constituting an acquired right for the client .
5. Defective or non-conforming products
In the event of a proven defect or obvious non-conformity of the product, the customer is invited to contact Julian Bags as soon as possible, providing supporting evidence (photos, precise description).
After analysis, an appropriate solution can be proposed in accordance with the applicable legal guarantees.
6. Acceptance of the policy
Any order placed on the Julian Bags website implies full and complete acceptance of this exchange and refund policy.

Les produits proposés sont des housses de guitare artisanales, fabriquées à la main en France.
3.1 Produits artisanaux
Chaque produit étant issu d’un travail artisanal :
- aucune housse n’est strictement identique à une autre,
- des variations de couleurs, textures, finitions ou dimensions peuvent exister,
- ces variations ne constituent ni un défaut ni une non-conformité.
3.2 Produits sur mesure et personnalisés
Julian Bags propose :
- des produits sur mesure,
- des produits personnalisés selon les demandes spécifiques du client,
- des modèles de série, reproductibles mais jamais parfaitement identiques.
4. Prix
Les prix sont indiqués en euros (€), toutes taxes comprises (TVA non applicable – article 293B du CGI, sauf mention contraire).
Julian Bags se réserve le droit de modifier ses prix à tout moment, sans effet sur les commandes déjà validées.
5. Commande
La commande est considérée comme ferme et définitive après :
- validation du panier,
- acceptation des présentes CGV,
- confirmation du paiement.
Julian Bags se réserve le droit de refuser toute commande en cas de litige antérieur avec le client.
6. Modalités de paiement
Le paiement s’effectue via les moyens proposés sur le site au moment de la commande.
Toute commande non payée intégralement ne sera pas traitée.

Les délais de fabrication sont indiqués à titre indicatif, notamment pour les produits sur mesure ou personnalisés.
Les délais peuvent varier selon :

- le volume de commandes,

8. Droit de rétractation

Conformément aux articles L221-18 et suivants du Code de la consommation, le client dispose d’un délai de 14 jours pour exercer son droit de rétractation uniquement pour les produits non personnalisés et non réalisés sur mesure.
8.2 Exclusion du droit de rétractation
Conformément à l’article L221-28 du Code de la consommation, le droit de rétractation ne s’applique pas aux :
- produits sur mesure,
- produits personnalisés,
- produits réalisés selon les spécifications du client.
Ces produits ne sont ni repris, ni échangés, ni remboursés.
9. Politique d’échange et de remboursement
Julian Bags ne propose pas de remboursement ni d’échange automatique.
Toute demande éventuelle est étudiée au cas par cas, sans obligation, dans une logique de dialogue.
Si une solution est exceptionnellement acceptée :
- le produit doit être retourné dans son état d’origine,
- les frais de retour sont Ă la charge du client,
- toute détérioration entraînera un refus.
Julian Bags se réserve le droit de proposer un échange, un avoir ou un remboursement partiel ou total, sans que cela ne constitue un droit acquis.
10. Garanties légales
Les produits bénéficient des garanties légales de conformité (articles L217-3 et suivants du Code de la consommation) et des vices cachés (articles 1641 et suivants du Code civil).
Toute demande doit être accompagnée d’éléments justificatifs.
11. Responsabilité
Julian Bags ne saurait ĂŞtre tenu responsable :
- d’une mauvaise utilisation du produit,
- de l’usure normale,
- de dommages indirects.
La responsabilité est limitée au montant de la commande.
